The Olwyn Jull Special Purposes Fund, shall be applied:

a)  To provide accommodation costs of any Life Vice President, General Trustee of the World Wide Mothers' Union attending the Council, and the Caritas Leader and the Heads of Departments attending meetings of the Council and Executive Committee;

b) any accumulated income remaining from time to time in excess of that required for the above purpose may be expended as determined by a resolution of the Executive Committee for the following purposes:

i) to subsidise small/far distant Dioceses' fares to Council over and above that allowed for in By-Law 11 (i) (a);

ii) to subsidise the fares of the President incurred in visiting Australian Dioceses where the host Diocese is unable to meet the whole cost of the visit;
